Planning and Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Commission is an advisory body to the Board of Trustees. Generally, the Planning and Zoning Commission studies, reviews, and makes recommendation regarding various land-use, variances, and planning and zoning related topics, such as the Village's Comprehensive Plan. The statutory reference for this commission are 65 ILCS 5/11-12-5, and 65 ILCS 5/11-13-2 as amended. Members serve 4-year terms.
