Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Closed for lunch 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM

To report a Nuisance Violation, please click here. You are able to report anonymously, but it is helpful if you provide your contact information in the event staff requires additional information.

How do I report a Pothole or other infrastructure issue?

Click here to report a pothole or any other infrastructure issue. For emergencies, please contact METCAD 9-1-1 at 217.333.4348 (i.e. natural gas smell, water main leaks, sewer backups, etc.)
