The church building and property located at 407 S. Main Street, St. Joseph, Illinois is available for purchase. Please find attached the RFP and appraisal. All proposals are due back by June 30, 2026 at 12 pm.

Due to the extensive time required for each showing, the Village will hold 3 open houses on the following dates: May 6th, 2026 from 11am to 1pm. May 28th, 2026 from 11am to 1pm. June 17th, 2026 from 11am to 1pm.
