Administration
The Administration Department is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the Village of St. Joseph. This includes managing accounts payable, overseeing utility and invoice billing, departmental support functions, and maintaining official records. Staff in this department provide essential customer service to residents, assist with Village programs and communications, and ensure that the Village’s administrative processes are carried out efficiently.
